Welcome to ‘Breaking the Ceiling’ (BTC), a European Commission-funded Erasmus+ project! The purpose of the project is to contribute to the creation of inclusive environments that foster equity and equality, as well as to address the barriers faced by working women in gaining access to opportunities.

This self-assessment instrument will assist you in identifying your strengths and weaknesses in relation to the 12 essential soft skills that have been identified and selected, thereby increasing the need for a training programme to develop these skills.
In light of this, we would like to request 10 minutes of your time to complete this survey based on your subjective opinion and personal experience. Your input is crucial to the design of the training system that we will create in the future months.

You will promptly receive an email containing feedback on your responses, along with your scores in the various facets of the questionnaire. The responses to this questionnaire will only be used for the internal development of the BTC Project’s content and are kept strictly confidential.
