We would like to inform you that the project’s first result is now available on our website!On the basis of surveys conducted in national contexts, the project consortium identified and selected a set of emotional intelligence and related interpersonal competencies for women’s professional lives. This increased awareness was reinforced by questionnaires distributed to working women in each country, which identified the 12 interpersonal skills necessary to break the glass ceiling in their respective career pathways.
