EMPLOYEE PROGRAMMES FROM THE PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT SERVICE

The Public Employment Service has implemented programmes for active workers aimed at updating and improving skills in the new labor market.
These programmes were titled:
“Skills upgrading and retraining programmes for workers in all sectors of the economy with emphasis on digital and green skills”

TRAINING SUBJECTS

For the above programmes, training was provided in the following indicative training subjects:

Applications of new technologies and natural disasters
Environmental protection and recycling of products

Circular economy
Electronic commerce-electronic transactions
Secretarial support officer

LAEK PROGRAMMES

HRDA refers to the Human Resources Development Account (HRDA) implemented in the context of education and training of employees in Greece, with an aim to empower employees through education and training.

The HRDA programme provides employees with the opportunity to participate in training seminars that enhance their skills and contribute to their professional development. This programme is useful for the improvement of workers’ employment prospects and their adaptment to changes in the labour market. In all of the above programmes, classes were set up and over 900 workers participated.
