During the 1st year of our Erasmus+ Accreditation, six members of our organization, representing the Lifelong Learning Department, the Technical Department and the European Programmes Department, participated in a training mobility in Cordoba, Spain. The participants attended a seven-day training course featuring an instruction session on “Soft Skills in the Workplace” from July 31st to August 6th, 2023.
The purpose of the training was to improve communication, better problem solving, foster teamwork and work ethic, and a positive approach to work. All these skills can contribute not only to productive and enjoyable work, but also to overcoming the stress that arises from the fast pace of everyday life.
The trainees developed a variety of skills and particularly that of Emotional Intelligence. Through their participation in this activity, they have upgraded their practices and methods, while also adopting a better understanding of the importance of self-awareness, self-regulation and empathy. They are now able to provide high-quality trainings and foster a better educational environment, tailored to their learners’ needs.

Throughout the 2nd year of our Erasmus+ Accreditation, six staff members of our organization’s Lifelong Learning, Technical, and European Programmes Departments took part in a training mobility in Zagreb, Croatia. From August 12th to 16th, 2024, the participants took a five-day course on “Technology and Media in Education.” The course aimed to improve adult educators’ digital literacy, allowing them to use a variety of technological tools into their own lessons. This approach will modernize teaching practices by making our organization’s training offerings more engaging, accessible, and aligned with the needs of our target learners.
The participants developed a range of valuable skills, including proficiency in using educational software and applications, creating and managing digital content (e.g., videos, podcasts, interactive presentations), and confidently utilizing online platforms for virtual classrooms, webinars, and collaborative projects. These skills will allow them to deliver higher-quality trainings, fostering an enriched educational environment that meets the specific needs of their learners.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
