Day 2

· Study visit at a BioFarm

· Best practices used in the BioFarm to produce organic products

· Herbs and natural substances and their role in the student’s health and well-being

· Understanding of how local production-consumption models can contribute to healthy living

Day 3

· Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body – introduction to the values of a lifestyle of fitness

· The role of Nutrients in stimulating the brain and increasing focus

· The role of Exercise as a daily routine and a stress relief agent in the student’s life.

Day 4

· Visit and lecture at the University – Nutrition and Dietetics Department

· Visit and lecture at the University – Food Technology Department

Day 5

· Visit and lecture at the University – Physical Education and Sports Science Department
