A visit was held on Tuesday 04/10/2016 at the establishment of Second Chance School of Karditsa, by the group of trainees from “St. Lazarus” and “Orizontes” centers for people with disabilities, escorted by the Director of E-SCHOOL Educational Group Life Long Learning Center.
The children were greeted by the principal of the SCS, mr Souflakos, who gave the group a tour and then led them to one of the facility’s rooms which had been specifically prepared to host a special Shadow Theater Show by the world class player mr. Thomas (Makis) Charmpas. Mr. Charmpas went on to enchant the children as well as the escorts, whose laughter and enthousiasm filled the room.
We would like to mention that Mr. Charmpas, a graduate of Athens’ School of Drama and of the Teater Schule of Hamburg has represented Greece in a multitude of Festivals from which he has gained a number of awards and merits.
