The kick-off meeting of our project “S.E.NEET – Social Entrepreneurship to battle Youth Social Exclusion” tool place in Klaipeda, Lithuania between 14.10.2019 and 18.10.2019.
Project partners from Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Cyprus and Greece took part in the training activities in the premises of the Klaipeda University of Applied Sciences. The participants received training in the Practice Enterprise concept, were introduced to the software used by the students, learnt how to use the social business canvas model to create ideas and business plans for social enterprises and took part in workshops making sample social business ideas of their own.
In addition, they visited successful social enterprises in Klaipeda, where the managers explained and analyzed how those enterprises function, their legal status, how they produce social impact and their planning for the following years.
Next meeting will take place in December in Bulgaria where the training will focus on Social Entrepreneurship. Stay tuned!
