According to the latest EU data (May 2026), the average youth unemployment rate in the EU stands at 15.2%.
Among the CareerBoost partner countries:
- 🇬🇷 Greece: 16.8%
- 🇵🇱 Poland: 12.4%
- 🇲🇹 Malta: 8.8%
These figures remind us that, while the situation varies across Europe, many young people still face barriers to employment and career development.
Through CareerBoost, we’re helping youth organisations make better use of EU programmes so they can guide and support young people—especially those with fewer opportunities—towards education, training, volunteering, mobility and employment opportunities.
By increasing awareness and strengthening cooperation between organisations across Europe, we hope to help more young people unlock their potential.
