Our Erasmus+ Accreditation journey continues in Malta!

Our team participated in the training course “Preparing Adult Trainers for the Digital and Employment Challenges of Adult Learners”, gaining new knowledge and practical approaches to address some of the key challenges facing adult education today.

Throughout the training, we explored digital skills and AI, employability, inclusive education, learner-centred approaches, coaching and mentoring, with a strong focus on how adult trainers can better respond to learners’ diverse needs and support their personal and professional development.
