From July to September 2026, the EUfolk Erasmus+ project carried out the pilot testing of its developed resources, involving at least 9 adult trainers in each participating country, as well as adult learners, including seniors.
In Greece, the pilot testing took place on July and September 2026, bringing together participants to explore, evaluate and provide valuable feedback on the project’s educational materials.
The pilot testing focused on five key resources:
📹 Guide on Video Creation – supporting the development of digital skills and helping people capture and share cultural stories.
📖 Digital Catalogue of European Legends – exploring folklore stories from Greece, Poland and Spain, discovering similarities between European traditions and the values they reflect.
💡 Textbook on Common EU Values – examining the values that connect Europeans through art, legends, literature and sociology.
🎬 Videos Featuring Seniors – preserving legends, customs and traditions passed down through generations, including stories from the past that are in danger of being forgotten.
🌐 EUfolk Online Platform – bringing together the project’s resources and creating opportunities for intercultural exchange and lifelong learning.
Through their feedback, adult trainers helped assess the resources’ quality, usability and educational value, while the participation of seniors highlighted the importance of sharing personal memories and traditional knowledge with younger generations.
✨ EUfolk is more than a collection of educational resources. It is a bridge between generations, cultures and people, celebrating Europe’s rich cultural diversity while highlighting the common values that unite us.
A heartfelt thank-you to all the trainers and participants who contributed their time, experience and ideas to this important stage of the project!
Together, we can ensure that the stories of the past continue to inspire the generations of tomorrow. ❤️
