A few months ago, within the Erasmus project Think CirEco, we organized a research involving adult educators and NEETs, to find out their learning needs regarding entrepreneurship and circular economy
These activities developed by the project partners have given us the opportunity to reach 46 adult educators, and 118 NEETs, from 5 different countries, and thus compare the results that follow:

• the level of knowledge of the European EntreComp and EntreCompEdu competencies framework is very low, and moderate in the case of the circular economy model;
• educators and NEETs underlined teamwork and risk-taking as attitudes and skills necessary to be an entrepreneur;
• both target groups recognized practice, field knowledge and motivation as the engines that fuel the labor market;
• the combination of entrepreneurship with the principles of the circular economy generated great enthusiasm and aroused interest among those attending the THINK CirEco research;
• the majority of educators interviewed pointed out the need to have reliable practical interactive content to teach and guidance through the search for business opportunities for NEETs.
