The “Methodological Guide and Good Practices for Teaching Emotional Education in Primary Schools” from the SEED project offers teachers a comprehensive tool to integrate emotional education into primary school classrooms. The guide is structured in at least 8 different chapters, starting with basic knowledge of the history of emotional intelligence and emotional education, and delving into the most important theories, approaches, and methodologies.
The theoretical part of the guide provides detailed explanations of the foundational concepts of emotional education, such as the socio-emotional approach in education, socio-affective methodology, and other key pedagogical approaches. Additionally, the guide connects with the latest studies in neuroscience and neuroeducation, explaining how biological processes relate to learning processes and how emotions influence them, essential for “modern” teachers.
The guide will be available very soon!
