A modern educator should develop three key areas of competence:

  • Subject competencies, which means he should have knowledge of such things. learned content
  • Methodological competencies, meaning he should be able to design his trainings in an engaging and motivating way
  • Digital competence, which means he should be able to use digital platforms and tools, create educational content online, conduct blended learning classes

As part of the Adults XXI project

  • we focus on developing the competence of digital educators.
  • We support educational centers in the use of digital tools, e.g. Neighborhood houses, libraries,
  • we are working on a guide on this topic
  • we will train people interested in improving their digital educational competencies
