Description

The aim of the project is to improve the quality of adult education in career guidance, talent development and soft-skills skills for the unemployed in order to find a better place in the labour market and satisfaction in private life and international cooperation.

Career counselling for the unemployed is provided formally in each country. It is provided by labour offices and is not aimed at testing the skills and talents of jobseekers, and not at all on their personal development. This project would like to bring a new perspective on career guidance for the unemployed and improve its quality.

The project prepares a new perspective on the knowledge of its abilities and skills and enhances the development of learning abilities. New tests will be created, which will be prepared on the basis of the latest scientific knowledge. With the help of online learning materials, the development of soft-skills, talent development and career growth among the unemployed will also be promoted to make them more successful in the labour market. For the target group it will bring knowledge of their abilities, or increase knowledge and skills through innovative online forms. Online access will enable learners to test, save time, and provide the necessary information to develop further options.

Objectives – Target Groups

The project aims to improve the quality of adult education provision in career guidance and soft skills.
Therefore, in the framework of the project, online tests, online learning materials and videos and a website will create the intellectual outputs. To implement the project, 5 project meetings will be organized to ensure the project management, the distribution of the roles and control of the project implementation. As part of the project, two learning activities and one multiplier event will be organized.
