YoungWoman@Work (2019-3-IT03-KA205-017261) is an Erasmus+ project in which the participating organizations had the same objective: to strengthen the digital skills and competencies of young women in order to boost their employment chances.
Targeting youth workers, trainers, ICT and digital technology professionals in youth education from partner organizations, as well as women and young women from disadvantaged groups with limited digital skills (i.e. women living in remote areas, refugees, migrants)
This cross-border project will assist all partners enhance the teaching of digital skills by comparing how the five partner countries teach digital skills, becoming more organized in their work with youth, and increasing their visibility on a national and international scale.
