Children with strong social-emotional skills not only achieve better academic results, but also show lower levels of stress and anxiety, and feel more included in school life.
This is exactly what the SEED Project (School Emotional Education) is about – giving primary school teachers the tools, knowledge, and practical activities to bring emotional education into their classrooms. By supporting teachers, we help pupils build resilience, empathy, and confidence – key skills for life.
Our consortium is currently developing:
- A methodological guide with best practices.
- A training plan for teachers, with both theory and practice.
- An online platform with free, easy-to-use resources in several languages.
Together, we want to create classrooms where mental well-being is a priority, reducing stress, bullying, and exclusion – and building a more inclusive school culture across Europe.
Follow our journey as we reshape education with empathy, resilience, and emotional intelligence at its heart!
