Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming businesses of all sizes, offering innovative tools that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve decision-making. However, many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) struggle to integrate AI effectively. The SMART Project (2024-2027), co-funded by Erasmus+, aims to bridge this gap by providing accessible AI training tailored to SME professionals.

The SMART project aims to:
- Equip SME managers with AI-driven strategies to boost productivity and customer engagement.
- Provide practical AI training without requiring a technical background.
- Help businesses adapt to digital transformation and emerging job opportunities.
- Educate professionals on the ethical and legal implications of AI.
- Offer tailored training for VET students, preparing them for AI-powered careers.
